  2. The Division of Nephrology at UConn Health offers a Nephrology Fellowship. This two-year program meets the requirements of the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education, and incorporates the ACGME competencies: patient care, medical knowledge, practice-based learning, communication skills, professionalism, and system-based practice.
