Oct 25, 2024 · Since buying the car in May the auto trans sometimes fails to shift when the accelerator is pressed. The engine revs into the red but nothing happens on the transmission side. The only way i know to correct the problem is to pull over , stop the engine and restart. The car functions normally after I do this.

Dec 10, 2023 · It's hard to find a consumer grade scan tool that works well with the WJ pcm and data bus, it was so bad 20 years ago the best shop grade scan tool manufacturers included a Chrysler data collision adapter with the tools to make them work right.
