Look into Brookhaven which is close by. Lived there for 2 years and it was great. Also, Decatur is another great option.

Aug 16, 2013 · Yes it is fratty. There are a few dive-y bars. Kramers, for example, comes to mind, but anything in buckhead is going to be fratty. This isnt to say it's never a good time, but nothing in that neighborhood (or its peers e.g. Brookhaven, Virginia Highlands) would be my main haunt.

Jun 16, 2021 · Buckhead becoming it's own city won't fix crime. Compared to 2019, in Zone 2 assaults are up 61%, auto thefts are up 53%, the number of shooting victims is up 160%. Meanwhile arrest are down 56%. That bar is set so low Buckhead residents are willing to cling to any person or idea that promises any sort of relief.
Parkopedia. You could park at the Shops of Buckhead and walk over. It’s pretty inexpensive and if you eat at somewhere in the shops before the concert you can get 3 hours of parking validated. I parked on N. Fulton last time I went. Plenty of street parking around there. Best to take an Uber.
