Online Application for Admission. • You are eligible to attend Moorpark College if you have graduated from high school or are 18 years of age. • You may also be eligible to attend under Dual Enrollment if you are still attending high school or below.
If you have attended any other college or university, arrange to have official transcript(s) sent to Moorpark College after final grades are posted. New students are encouraged to take a Campus Tour prior to enrolling.
Moorpark College officially opened on September 11, 1967. The college's first president, John Collins, welcomed almost 1,400 students and 50 faculty members. Robert Lombardi became the college's second president in 1971. During his tenure, enrollment doubled and the college added emphasis on preparing students to transfer to four-year schools.
