Support. I was trying to create a Twitter account for a friend. I tried to do it several months ago and every time we chose his password on the last step of registration we got an error message "Oops something went wrong please try again later" and we kept on trying for countless occasions until we finally gave up.
try deleting your device’s cache, browsing history and cookies. erasing them will make it seem like you’ve never visited twitter before. also, make sure you don’t use an email or a phone number that was previously used. last but not least, use twitter on desktop to sign up if you’re using a mobile.
