A video card with 4GB or more video ram can draw the image in its memory, and then downsample that back to 3840x2160 to generate an image with less or no jaggies. 4K is already so high resolution, that it is almost jaggies free anyways.

I already have most of my bases covered such as using display port instead of hdmi, displayport version 1.2 instead of 1.1, 4k compatible graphics card and monitor. Used a display port 1.2 to HDMI 2.0 adapter with a HDMI 2.0 cable to connect to the TV using HDMI port #2. The resolution is set through Nvidia Control Panel to 4K (3840 x 2160p) but the only option is 30Hz not 60Hz (unavailable in drop down). I tried creating a custom resolution of 3840 x 2160p @60Hz.
