Nov 19, 2018 · Re: Error: Unable to restore iDevice (-2). Using a different USB cable may resolve the problem. I think that a broken USB cable may result in the issue sometimes. And you can also try to reboot your computer. Or you can turn off the firewall which may lead to this problem.
