Knowing that there is very likely no direct translation, I attempted to write "Is anyone interested?"

You should provide some more concrete examples because "Any takers" can be translated differently depending on the context, since there's not an exact Italian equivalent term: "chi prende, chi accetta" is right, but nobody would say it in a normal conversation (or rather only in determined circumstances) eg.
