There was indeed an EA app outage last night that affected new downloads or repairs of Apex Legends via the EA app. This issue has now been resolved. This issue has now been resolved. I'll hereby also close the thread.

Hey guys, stuck trying to download apex legends but every time it gets to 99% it resets to a lower %. It repeats this forever and never actually downloads. Apex has gotten very popular which made me want to try it out. However I have not been able to play it because while the game is downloading on origin, the download freezes just before the playable percentage. It never unfreezes after that. What can I do?
Mar 20, 2021 · I was surprised to see the download speed was going from 400kb/s to 900kb/s. I checked on every other launcher like Epic Games, Steam and even on the xbox app/microsoft store and I was getting 6-10mb/s download speeds on those. Any solutions to fix EA's terrible download speeds. I can't find any anywhere because this app is only new.
Aug 3, 2021 · I'm trying to install the new Apex Legends update, but my origin keeps getting stuck at 0 b / sec every so often. Can't fix it, can't find safe mode as other articles suggested, already turned off my antivirus, don't know what to do at this point.

Hey, So whenever I try to download the latest Apex Legends patch on Steam, it always keeps getting stuck on the patching part of the installation. The estimated time of waiting always abruptly changes from 7 days to just barely any seconds.
