The Blue Moon Valley was a beautiful place to stop at the foot of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Although there were many tour groups visiting - just take a short walk to the opposite side of the lake away from the main portion for a more tranquil experience.
While everyone else is waiting in line to go to the summit, at Blue Moon Valley you'll find deep-blue colored lakes and yaks standing in the terraced waterfalls with the mountain serving as a backdrop.
