Dec 11, 2023 · Does it go to speaker as soon as you lift it from the cradle or when you press the green button? If the latter it could be the auto answer setting is turned on. So the call is actually answered when you lift the phone & then pressing the green button turns on the speaker. This is described on P,25 of the manual.
Jul 28, 2022 · Like most phones, pressing the answer button twice put it in handsfree/speaker mode. Considering it's supplied FOC & any existing kit can be plugged into the Hub or a DECT adapter, I'm not sure the OP has much of a case really. Bluetooth connectivity with hearing aids or other headsets might have been nice though.

Then I would hypothesise that the remote tried to pair, and if successful would have switched into Bluetooth mode, but because it wasn’t successful, it stayed in IR mode, where it was still capable of sending the required codes to work the Pro box, but only via IR, and hence the Pro box would only receive these when the remote was in line of sight.

Checked the settings for the Bluetooth remote are set to TV (I’ve switched between settings and neither helped). I’ve also done a factory reset of the box after nothing else worked and this didn’t help ...

Jul 2, 2024 · Premium Trio handsets have started to display "Full", when all messages have been deleted. If the phone is not answered in time, caller hears message "Unable to leave a message". Phones previously worked correctly. Other functions continue to work.
