My only guess at this point is that Javascript registers click events without distinguishing between multiple mice. Meaining, a "click event" is just defined as the transition from a pressed mouse button to a released mouse button.

Because we don't want to know how many clicks per second on average the map is, BPM gives us more useful information because its a rhythm game (supposed to be a rhythm game) Cuz jump maps would look at lot easier than stream maps.
CPS Is way more important for building. Lots of bridging techniques (breezily, moonwalk, godbridge, etc.) will not work unless you can click at around 12-13 CPS. Especially for block clutches, if you can click faster, you can place more blocks and extend further. 1.

For a sustained period of time, like several minutes, 8 clicks is quite fast. I would say for 30 seconds an average of 11 is 'fast'. Bro what the fuck it's been 5 years. Also reading the context yea I still agree with myself, maintaining 11 per second for 30 seconds is pretty fast.
