Mar 29, 2021 · Key positives for me: - Create as many workspaces > folders > lists as you like, and create views that sit across these at all levels. - In all views (be it Kanban, list, Workflow etc) being able to 'group by' pretty much any attribute (user, status, date, project, custom field etc)
ClickUp has way too many features. It feels like the team is struggling to keep everything running smoothly and bug-free, while also making sure the UX/UI stays clean and user-friendly. That being said, I really like ClickUp's UI. It's the most important factor for me when I choose a project management platform.

This was actually the one area I was really unhappy about. I enabled the feature and started evangelizing it in our team process, and then a week later it disabled itself and I discovered it was a paid feature, but not well advertised ...
Nov 5, 2022 · ClickUp can take sometimes around 30 seconds to update a single task. Using the software daily is painful. Sometimes it's not too bad, like 500ms response times, but when compared to Asana or Trello, Clickup at it's best is extremely janky. When researching this it seems like this problem is at least 2 years old, and yet it's not solved.
