Sep 12, 2009 · 1. You need to take immediate action to 'contain' the problem, ie, stop it spreading to another area. NOT all problems require containment - some do, some don't. But when they do, you do NOT want a CA procedure that says 'first raise a CAR'. That's silly and defies common sense.
