Sep 13, 2020 · I'm not really sure why, but a firend of mine had the same situation, heroes like invoker, meepo, earth spirit, arc warden etc were blocked but he already unlocked all of the heroes now. i cant pick the heroes with high complexity. Like meepo,visage, invoker. Paste "dota_new_player 0" in console at picking phase.
Apr 8, 2014 · Silencer, Skywrath Mage, and the likes of are good harassers when in lane. Google is the best counter for dota heroes. Desolator (expensive) and Medallion of Courage (cheap but risky) are good for removing a tanky hero's armor, Veil of Discord (moderately cheap) makes them take more magic damage.
