Marco Polo Chinese Cuisine was founded in January 1980 by Dato’ Lim Foo Yong, who already had long years of hands-on experience as a hotelier and restaurateur. We strive to offer Chinese cuisine at its finest, incorporating traditional Cantonese items with flavors from other provinces.
