  1. Dec 27, 2007 · The Fuji films are also a little cheaper than the ones made by Polaroid itself. Also considering that the 250 is a much much better camera than any of the 600 cameras or even a Holga with a Polaroid back, this is a great way to get into the Polaroid world. The 250 is basically one of the best Pack-Film cameras that Polaroid ever made, so since ...

  2. Dec 15, 2001 · Joe, the Polaroid backs for MF qenerally used "pack" film (the exception to this is the Quadra back for the RZ that exposes a 70mm square onto 4x5 Polaroid. The size of the print will be 3.25"x4.25". The size of the _image_ will be closer to 3"x4". For the Mamiya 67 cameras, a square image that almost fills the short axis and leaves black edges ...

  4. Nov 27, 2008 · Mark, Here is an example from the polaroid. This is 2 1/4 x 3 1/4 100 ASA cut film shot on the 75 speed setting with 1/2 stop lighter on the metering scale. At this speed on the bright sun scale this is supposed to be f17.5. I think much over 8x10 starts to look fuzzy, but I may be overly critical.

  5. Oct 12, 2006 · I have noticed that there are a few alternatives for Polaroid film holders for. large format. I have a 545 for 4x5 polariod sheet films and a 550 for fuji 4x5. instant pack film. The costs of both the 4x5 Fuji and Polaroid films are quite. expensive. I was considering the alternative of the 405 holder for 3 1/4 x 4.

I don't know whether a Polaroid 600 SE would give you a larger image, but I doubt it, since as I understand it, they're basically the same camera (with slightly incompatible lens mount).

  7. Sep 11, 2007 · The other source for this size film is www.unsaleable.com. They did a custom run of a 'chocolate' colored film from Polaroid. It is the correct size to work in your camera and is about $2.50 a shot. Other than that, it has been discontinued. As for Polaroid film's cost, that is up to the individual user. Personally, I find the per shot cost ...

  10. Mar 20, 2009 · Fuji FP100C, FP100B, and FP3000B will work fine. FP100C45 (or any other film with "45" in it) will not work as John pointed out. That film is for 4x5 size film backs.<br>. I have used the Fuji film in four or five different Polaroid cameras includeing a 100, 250, 195, and back for a RB67 made by Polaroid. I can only recall one frame that messed ...
