Mar 17, 2020 · Hi There, Yes my problem fixed now. The issue was that I put glass screen protector the other day which was fixed with some type of glue. Some small amount of glue went inside the mic. I went to customer service they cleaned it for me and the problem is solved now. Solved: Hi, I got my new S20 Ultra yesterday.

Sep 2, 2021 · Galaxy S Phones. So for the past week or so my S20 Ultra camera just won't focus. Wide angle and zoom are fine, no issues, but anything from 1.0x to 4.0x is just blurry. I've tried all the fixes I've found online and nothing. I've reset the camera app. Cleared the cache multiple times. Gone into recovery mode and cleared the cache partition.
May 5, 2024 · Apprentice. 05-05-2024 04:19 PM. I just bought a S20 5G and I want to use the eSIM capability. To enable the eSIM one should normally go to the SIM card manager. The problem is that the SIM Card Manager menu does not show up. The only fix I found on the forum was to update the OS to OneUI 5.1 but the phone uses this version already.
