Using the app first connect to your headphones in my case the WH-1000XM4 Then go to the app, select the "system" option and enable the "connect to 2 devices simultaneously" option. After that the connection to your phone will be restarted.

Dec 13, 2021 · I only know how to use the iPhone app. If you open the Connect app while you don’t have any headphones paired you will have a “switch to another device” button at the bottom. Click the 3-dot menu for the old pair and select “cancel registration”. This will remove them from the app.

Jul 5, 2022 · For WH-1000XM5 Sony Headphones. Go to google play download the sony headphones app if you do not have it. Then switch on your blue tooth in you phone. Open the app and connect the headphone from the app add more devices and in your PC Bluetooth check the headphone that will appear there to connect it.
The update changed a few Icons on the the screen dealing with speaker volume which is no problem but now headphones will not connect to BT, makes a buzzing sound for about 3-4 seconds then switchs to TV speaker and turns headphones off. May 18, 2021 · Updated WH-1000XM4 drivers through the Sony Headphones Connect app Control panel > device manager > disabled and tried updating/reinstalling every driver related to bluetooth and WH-1000XM4 Control panel > sound > disabled/re-enabled everything multiple times and tried every combination possible
