In order to lessen the ticket amount I decided to get the court date. Last week received a letter from court got a date of hearing in the month of February 2018. My only purpose to get the court date is to lessen the amount.
Jul 30, 2019 · Again, I know Uber says no more than 3, but will one ticket affect me and prevent me for driving for Uber. Thanks. The driving reports are re-run annually I believe. You'll be fine. Should be 3 minor offenses allowable every 3 years. Go to court and have it dismissed if you have an otherwise clear driving record.

I was parked on the street, eating a cookie and waiting for the pax when a bike cop came to me, saw the phone in my lap that I wasn't using then, and asked what was that. I said I use it for GPS. He asked if I drove for Uber. I said yes and he gave me the ticket.

Dec 15, 2023 · Uber's Guber. All states have there own statutes regarding tinted windows. Some states allow total blackouts on windows in the rear areas. Look up the infraction number listed on your ticket and research the statute. Your tinted sunroof is not relevant; it has no safety bearing on your vision while driving.

Jul 24, 2018 · Pay the fine and move on. Basically the timing from yellow to red is based on the speed limit. 50-55-5 seconds, 40-45-4 seconds, 30-35-3 seconds, 20-25-2 seconds. The front wheels must get to the line/sensor in the road before the light turns red. So the best way to beat a red light camera is to increase your speed when the light turns yellow.

They do trial by written declaration which is a pain for the cop and you have a 60% chance of the cop not responding resulting in dismissal.
