Feb 28, 2022 · The 2 for UPS show no pickup, no transit, nothing, just like I created a label and UPS never picked up ... and I dropped them off personally ... so wtf. I ordered something off the JBL website a couple days ago and today it says shipped and gave me a tracking number. I went on UPS site and it says the tracking number isn't in their system.
Aug 10, 2020 · Your package is on a trailer going from the shipping area to your delivery area. There’s no tracking updates currently between where if shipped and the destination region. Don’t worry, it’s gonna arrive. Mine was stuck for 6 days. It’s just in transit. Everything is slow with what’s going on.
Jul 10, 2022 · Tracking not updated at all. I was mailing some stuff 2 weeks ago. The tracking never updated and it’s been stuck on shipping label created . One item arrived but was never updated and so far the other item I don’t know if it will arrive because the tracking I paid for isn’t updating or even saying I sent anything.

May 12, 2021 · A workaround that I have found is that I can put the tracking number into the search on Bing and they will get the detailed tracking info. Presumably they are using some kind of API to get the same data that the UPS app displays. Mar 28, 2019 · The tracking shows the centers it 'arrived' at based on the trailer being there. Even if the trailer was unloaded at some of the locations, the package might be in a smalls bag and never scanned individually. She was very clear that it was not still sitting on the truck. If it was "sitting on a truck" (package car) they could go get it.
Nov 12, 2021 · I suggest making a claim and trying to speed up the support process by getting to a manager or supervisor. Go to your local ups to start the process. They will be able to track the package to the last point it was scanned. All packages are scanned in or out so they would be able to pin point the exact warehouse it should be in.

UPS tracking "The street number is incorrect". I have a package showed out for delivery but ended up with "The street number is incorrect" yesterday. I called UPS and they confirmed the address is the system is correct and said local distribution center will call me in one hour. Of course, the result is no one calls.

DCS Depending on the location, we have daily, weekly, or bi monthly package exchanges where the mistakes get handed to the correct carrier.
