   Nov 11, 2013 · I have downloaded Visual Studio Professional 2013 and have tried to install it. The first window I get says "Acquiring: Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 Pre-Clean Tool" and also "Applying: Creating a system restore point". I left this running all night and when I returned this morning there was absolutely no progress what so ever.
