I am having problems with the Windows 11 installation and wanted to find out where does the Microsoft Installation Assistant store its downloaded files? I need to delete them and try downloading them again. I found an ESD folder but that was for Windows 10. Thanks for any help.

Apr 21, 2024 · In the "Download Windows 11" page from MS, Upgrade is changed to Installation Assistant, I assume because we are on the latest version, 23H2. If I need to do a Win11 repair install, I would probably use the Installation Assistant over the ISO as at seems to remove any question about language version. Thanks again.
