Dec 26, 2020 · I actually watched the first episode of the original Wonder Woman 1975 show right before seeing the movie, while I waited for the family to gather round the TV, and I’m so glad I did. It made it even more clear that Patty Jenkins was a fan of the series. And then (again, spoilers) seeing Lynda Carter appear during the credits cemented the whole thing.

Dec 17, 2020 · Everything felt like it was deliberately set to fit in an actual 1984 movie. Random chaos and people bumping into each other on small sets, crumpled papers whirling everywhere, cheesy dialogue. That is a good way of looking at it actually. but it isnt deliberate enough to be obvious so it just looked sloppy and cheesy.
