Sep 17, 2021 · Yeah I was able to fix the yellow background within the photos app that was a windows color management issue. Once I set that to sRGB IEC61966-2.1 the yellowing went away in the photos app but the PDF yellowing was still present. So there definitely is an issue within Acrobat

Now swap the yellow and cyan toners and send a job to the printer and see if you still have a yellow background or the background is now cyan.

I would suggest you start by printing the built-in test Pages or report Pages just to single page will do. If the test page that is printed from the panel comes out with a yellow background then you almost certainly have a defective yellow toner cartridge.
May 27, 2024 · Now every page I try to print either has a section of yellow or the complete page is yellow. I even downloaded a new update of software and drivers from HP, rebooted, installed, and the test page came out completely yellow as before. Jan 3, 2024 · My solution is: 1) Remove all secondary monitors color profiles from the system (Control Panel->Color Management->All Profiles, select your external monitors color profiles and remove them) 2) Revert all color settings at Devices tab to default (untick Use my settings checkbox) 3) At Advanced tab: Device profile -> sRGB.
