Sep 1, 2023 · I understood from your explanation and some webex's related articles that the migration to the newer "Webex Meeting Suite" is the root cause as Cisco is trying to making every meeting participant authenticated to avoid imposter. This was very helpful. I believe that the only solution to make that toggle disappear will be to make user actually log into webex meetings suite and get authenticated.

Dec 1, 2020 · I installed Cisco Productivity Pack v39 first, then I installed Webex Teams v40.11.0.17133 dated from 12-4-2020. Teams appears to be working now. Not sure what was updated yesterday from Cisco, but after performing the above, Teams is working again for now.
