    Jul 9, 2024 · Prior to iOS 18, MOV files transferred perfectly to Windows 11. The Thumbnails appeared correctly. Right after upgrading to iOS 18 - thumbnails show a generic image. Really frustrating! The workaround I do, which is very time consuming, and a PITA is that I transfer to the Desktop, then 1 at a time I convert the MOV files to MP4 format.
