The drop outs last a fraction of a second and the frequency is random. They appear to be somewhat programme specific (Gold Rush:White Water is a particular problem).

Just over a month on and still no word from Sky offering a resolution. I want Discovery Plus back. It is part of the agreed package and Sky is not fulfilling its contractual obligation. Report post.

Dec 5, 2023 · It doesn't require you to logout on your sky box in case you can't reconnect. But anyone with a working discovery plus account go to the address ( I can't post links) discoveryplus /link . It may ask you to login but when logged in does it ask for the 6 digit code or send you back to the main page of discovery.
May 21, 2023 · When I go into discovery + I activate its says you are now activated but still can't get anything it just say to upgrade my pass when it's meant to free. Hi @argonaut1967 Are you trying to watch Discovery HD content without the Q HD monthly add on subscription ?

Currently this isn't possible but warner discovery have said that the app will be updated soon. Why would a customer that gets tnt sports as a free smart benefit or ...
Oct 29, 2024 · I have carried out extensive tests over the past week. After m y Puc was replaced a couple of weeks ago. My Sky Stream Puc only pixelates, and also goes to a black screen, it when we watch Discovery +, then switch to BBC, Sky News, etc... It never does it on Discovery +, YouTube, etc... Never does it on the terrestrial channels from switch on.

Aug 3, 2024 · Just to confirm about Sky Sports plus. As it will be a Satellite channel (Ch 412) you will be able to record the linear content on that channel. However if Extra games need the Red button to Access the Sky Sports app then these cannot be recorded. View this Answer within the discussion. Report post.
