Had a great 4 night stay at the Hyatt Zilara Cancun at the end of December and wanted to share a little. We flew Southwest and landed at Cancun Terminal 4. Not a long line at immigration. We used the automated kiosks (no passport stamps), and it would have been quicker if 2 of the 4 machines weren't down. We used USA Transfers to get to the hotel.

I was very pleased with my stay here last July and enjoyed the free breakfast, which was of much higher quality than what is typically offered at US Hyatt Place locations. I later found out that they would no longer provide free breakfasts. However, the cost of 2600 yen per person is worth it.

I love the fact that now it securely connects to the Hyatt WiFi while I travel to different hotels. I see the option to sign in to Hyatt Passpoint while staying at a hotel on my PC.

Just came back from our five day trip from Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana (Dominican Republic), and wanted to give all the details with my memory still fresh. We booked 6 night/5 days with flights from Toronto (YYZ) and airport transfers for roughly $3100 USD (4200 CAD) via RedTag.ca, our supplier was WestJet Vacations for a King Suite with Resort View.
