Aug 20, 2015 · I would recommend creating a new user account and check if you can see Music folder. Once you are able to view Music folder, you can then import data from old user to new one. Press Windows key + R to open RUN box. Type control userpasswords2 and press OK. Under User Account window and under Users tab, click Add tab.

Apr 28, 2016 · Music library folder is shown as the Documents folder. My music folder has been replaced with the Documents folder, so essentially now I have 2 folders that go to the same place and I can't easily get to my music folder. I had to pin to quick access the Link to the folder, but even under "This PC" I have 2 Documents folders.

When I run it, the program spits out, "Cannot Access C:\Users\ (My Username)\Documents\My Music" Permission Denied, and likewise for "My Pictures" and "My Videos". Naturally, I went into Documents to look for these three phantom folders.

Jul 3, 2018 · OneDrive thinks there is a "my music" and "my pictures" folder that it says can't be synced. recently did a fresh install of windows 10 and am using OneDrive to backup/sync pictures, videos, documents etc. What I have done is right clicked the Documents folder under Users and moved the location to OneDrive. I have done the same with Pictures ...
