This film howlingly humorous and exciting adventure about Liberty, the spoiled uppity First Dog of the United States, who unwittingly trades places with the mangy streetwise look-a-like bulldog, Moocher.
Overview. The bulldog Liberty (who's thoughts we're able to hear) is the "First Dog of the USA", i.e. the president's dog. As such he has a lot of representative duties, but also many privileges which made him snobby and condescending towards other dogs.
The story follows the prince and the pauper legend, with fairly believable actors. It is a delightful romp of accidents, mistakes and otherwise familiar visual jokes that kids pre-teen will love. It has heart.
