In fact as I recall, on the 5 Doctors DVD, there are some out-takes of Jon, Richard Hurndall, Patrick Troughton and Peter Davison, where he's being a real pain-in-the-*rse ! Still love his rendition of the Doctor BTW!

Tom Baker was and still is notoriously shy of anything that connected him with the other former actors to star as the Doctor, particularly Peter Davison, whom he despised. The concept of a reunion of the Doctors was nauseating to a man who saw himself as a great character actor, whose greatest achievement had been making Doctor Who a great success around the world.
Apr 23, 2012 · As for Tom Baker, I know he didn't get on well with Louise Jameson and off course there were those arguments with Lalla Ward towards the end of their time together on the show. By all accounts, Tom and Louise didn't get off to a great start but after a confrontation over a scene while filming Horror of Fang Rock in Birmingham, things settled down into a better relationship between them.

Him doing the audiobook of his life is still one of the most delightful things you will ever hear (It was on youtube for anyone who has not heard it)
