Sofabaton support say the Arris VIP5002W has been added to their database of supported devices. Ray. Just got a remote and the arris vip5002w is in the IR database and not the Bluetooth section. Dec 19, 2022 · I'm not sure if this still works but these instructions on how to set the remote manually came from the Samsung Thread. You need to: 1) select satellite box > tv directly. 2) enter your postcode. 3) select virgin. 4) select hdmi that your virgin box is connected to. 5) hit channel up and select no for 3 or 5 times.
Aug 11, 2022 · Press and hold the TV and Rewind button for 10 seconds which will factory reset the 360 remote. After the factory reset, try pressing TV and 0 button for 10 seconds and it should now force pairing.. Please try entering the device name as below.
