Jun 7, 2024 · Ensure that you've no VPN enabled and if this is still not working, please try a 60 second pin hole reset on the router. This will revert any customisations back to factory settings and full update the router with firmware/software updates. Please do not reboot the router whilst it is completing the pin hole request.

Jan 31, 2024 · I finally spoke to someone at Virgin Media last week (Jeff) who understands the problem and he was very helpful. But he got called away for a meeting. He said he would call the next day, but he didn't, and he hasn't been in touch since. To make matters worse, when I phone to ask to give him a message to call me they say it's 'impossible'!

Oct 2, 2023 · Why does Virgin Media depend on VIP to do their information distribution rather than a sensible website for existing customers. The other interesting thing if I dig deep enough on chat, is that the wait for the necessary phone call with customer services was 31 min.
