Sep 4, 2017 · Is shipping on B&H really "free" (Canada) I was looking at BH shipping rate to Canada and they claim shipping is free over $99 purchases, but I do have to pay customs. I was thinking this made sense especially when buying a $599 USD camera (customs around $33) (totals a little under $800 CAD). It was still the best deal I could find.

The only issue I've ever had with them was a bottle of film developer that leaked in shipping, but didn't escape the bag. I contacted customer service, and they told me to throw it out and sent it a replacement the same day. 2.

Perhaps the most well-known form of this abuse is “wardrobing” or “free renting” – in which the person makes a purchase, uses the product (s), and then returns the merchandise.

Oct 17, 2021 · B&H Photo and Video. Seeing as I'd love to give Amazon as little money as possible, and their prices are about the same, I'm wondering what folks' experience has been. They are one of the best spots to buy camera equipment lenses. Never bought PC parts from them, but the company is very good to deal with overall I feel like.
Jan 25, 2021 · B&H is pretty reliable in my experience. OP just use their standard customer service email and put in your order number keep in mind that GPUs are hard to come by even B&H. Yeah. They're legit. I mean they clearly took too many orders, but at least you're on backorder while some people can't even get that.
Nov 10, 2020 · Canadian Shipping. B&H Offers free shipping to Canada via ground service. We offer our customers the option of either DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) or DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). With DDP – duties and taxes will be collected by B&H Photo and transmitted to the carrier with proper documentation to clear into Canada.
