Oct 4, 2020 · My dell optilex doesn't shows the dell boot logo at start up. I'm able to get tho the bios or one time boot menu the only problem is I'm unable to see the dell boot logo on my screen I'm using a dell 1909wb 1440p 75hz monitor and the optiplex is 5040 connection is via HDMI. PLEASE HELP. Thanking in anticipation.
Dec 9, 2023 · At the end, it displays the message 'BIOS Update Successful. Rebooting your System', and then after reboot, it gets stuck at the logo screen again. Option 2: Rollback to previous BIOS. It says 'BIOS update blocked due to unsupported downgrade'. Option 3: Load BIOS Defaults. It just restarts the system again and I get stuck at the Dell logo.

Power on system, quickly start tapping the F12 key continuously until you see Preparing one time boot menu in the top right corner of the screen. In Pre- boot menu, select diagnostic.
