But more seriously, if I had to sum my long years of owning computer products and claiming warranties, I feel there's like 4 tiers of after sales I'm general IMHO, from best to worse: Tier 1: 1) Dell On-Site/CompleteCover. 2) Lenovo Corporate. 3) HP Corporate. 4) Apple.
