May 7, 2020 · Depends on how it is shipped. If it will be shipped through philpost, then you claim it at the post office. Pay the 100 fee. And then they check hm the item costs. If more than 10k, be prepared to pay. The only way to get around it if it is a gift but I'm not sure if this rule changed.
