Jul 30, 2021 · On the spotify web player, my play button (all the controls at the button) are greyed out. When I click to play a song, it doesn't play. I can play music on the Desktop app just fine, but not on the web player. I tried incognito mode, also tried doing Shift+F5, tried logging out and back in, but not fixed. This issue only appeared today. So I don't think it's fixed for everyone yet.
Jun 1, 2019 · Let's try a couple of things: Open the web player in an incognito window. Try another browser. Restart the router. Try another internet connection. Aug 24, 2024 · This can be solved easily with the following two steps: Change your Spotify password, which you can do here. Log your account out from all devices it's logged into, you can do this here. Note: Step 2 doesn’t include partner devices, such as Sonos and PlayStation.
