We can read 2 things : 1) "With a height equivalence of 112 floors, this modern icon nestled in a park setting, comprises 106 floors of expansive column-free floorplates inclusive of 8 amenity floors" So height equivalence of 112 floors.
Nov 2, 2006 · IMHO the TRX City site located near the Bukit Bintang (Starhill) or Kenny Hill Formation. So that area that may lead to higher land level than near Zouk area Jalan Tun Razak, where the real street level should be taken.So far we can see,in early stage when mat formation stage of TE 106, the "Hill" is already being flattened.
