The developers of Zoom have an app version on the Microsoft Store, open the Store app and search for Zoom and you will find that app, it an be installed on Windows in S Mode. .

Any further issue you might run into with Zoom, you will need to contact Zoom support as it is a third party app. Note: This is a non-Microsoft website.

I don’t want to switch her computer out of S mode, but when I try to run zoom through Microsoft edge it won’t allow me to use computer audio. She doesn’t have a cell phone to call. Is there a way to enable computer audio through the web browser version of Zoom?

This setting in Windows 11 is at Windows Settings > Apps > Advanced App Settings > Choose Where to get apps > Anywhere. If that's already set then you may have bought a PC that has S mode, which only allows Store apps to be installed.
