We stopped for a couple hikes at Tettegouche State Park while visiting the North Shore. It was a really beautiful park and very enjoyable hikes. High Falls on Baptism River is about 3 miles round trip and moderate in difficulty.

We stopped at this state park during fall peak season. We arrived at opening and were the first of the morning to take the hiking path to the High Falls. Believe the signs when they say muddy.
