Jul 31, 2023 · Would fly with Batik Air again. Flight was on time (boarded early and arrived earlier even). Plane was comfortable, cabin crew were polite. Would recommend. Date of travel: July 2023. Seat comfort. Customer service. Cleanliness. Food and Beverage.
Feb 14, 2024 · Batik Air Malaysia 737 Business Class Meal. Conclusion: Batik Air Malaysia’s Business Class – Good in the Wrong Areas. On a “scorecard” system, I’m sure Batik Air Malaysia would still score fairly highly. I got a recliner seat on a one-hour flight, a hot meal, and the flight attendants were friendly.
Oct 21, 2018 · Took an evening flight from Soekarno-Hatta to KLIA last year. Seats are okay, pretty new planes. That's where the good part ends. But the windows look like they haven't been cleaned since the plane left the factory, and so is the personal infotainment touch screen.
