Feb 14, 2022 · PETALING JAYA: Maybank announced that its customer service hotline operating hours has been revised to 9am to 6pm from Monday to Friday, effective today (Feb 14).
Feb 15, 2022 · Maybank’s customer service hotline originally also operates 24 hours per day, seven days a week (including holidays). Maybank further noted that customers can also email their enquiries to mgcc@maybank.com.my or connect with its personnel via the live chat function on the Maybank2u website.
