It can be obtained from our Kuala Lumpur branch office in which customers are required to provide Gas Malaysia with a copy of a previous bill or an account number for reference purposes. You can re-print gas bills from the e-services portal.
For Industrial customers, your bill is due after twenty one (21) business days from the date of the Gas Invoice and/or Excess Gas and Surcharge Invoice.
