Monster's Borough, occasionally referred to as "MB", is a rocky island and the shelter of Moby Wood. Note that because Monster's Borough is roughly connected to the Ocean, players have to fish in and around the area marked by rocks formations.
The Whale Key is used to open the gate located at Monster's Borough. Once the cave is opened using this key, a trigger towards the back of the cave can be pressed and upon doing so, a boss monster known as Moby Wood will be spawned in the centre of the three large rocks (Monster's Borough).
