The Malaysia Campus is located in the state of Johor near the southwestern tip of Malaysia, about four hours' drive south of Malaysia's capital city, Kuala Lumpur. As of late 2021 the University of Southampton Malaysia moved to EcoBotanic City Iskandar Puteri, Johor.
The University of Southampton Malaysia campus is located in Eko Galleria, Iskandar Puteri, Johor. Iskandar Puteri is accessible from the North-South Expressway, which links all major cities on the West Coast of Peninsular Malaysia between Thailand and Singapore.
As the only University of Southampton campus located outside of the UK, University of Southampton Malaysia (UoSM) has come a long way since its inception in 2012 with a mission to be a leading institution for research, teaching, and innovation across Asia through our Engineering programmes.
We are located in Eco Galleria, Iskandar Puteri, Johor. In October 2021 the University of Southampton Malaysia (UoSM), relocated to a new estate in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, 15 minutes from the Second Link Bridge into Singapore, and 20 minutes from Johor Bahru city centre.
In October 2021, the University of Southampton Malaysia has relocated to a brand-new campus, located in Eco Galleria, Iskandar Puteri, Johor. The upgraded 150,000 sq. ft. multi-storey campus is built to accommodate up to 2,000 students and features state-of-the-art facilities!
Campus Location. UoSM is located in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, which is 15 minutes from the Second Link Bridge into Singapore and 20 minutes from Johor Bahru city centre.
