Hi, The CBS.log file will be in your C drive (system drive), I would suggest you to open C drive and check whether you can access CBS.log. I would suggest you to follow the steps under the section “If the System File Checker tool cannot repair a file, follow these steps:” in the link mentioned below and check whether the issue is resolved.

Jun 22, 2016 · When I run my system temp file cleaner it does erase the 'CBS' files but it takes forever due to their large size. I can go to the file and delete the files in the CBS folder with ease. Just right click/shift/delete. So I created a shortcut of the 'C:\Windows\Logs\CBS' to my desktop. ( Right click/Send to:/Desktop(create shortcut) )

Image Version 10.0.16299.15". My CBS Log is currently 126 GB, size on disk 71.6 GB, and I don't know what to do with it, please help. MC.
