Nov 27, 2014 · Coca-Cola Beverages Africa is the result of a merger between the bottling operations of The Coca-Cola Company, SABMiller and Gutsche Family Investments in Southern and East Africa. The new bottler will have a pro forma annual revenue of US$2.9bn and a volume of 729 million unit cases, and will operate in 12 high-growth markets across the continent.
