The utilization and travel date of the pass MUST BE within the validity period [12 months upon purchase].

Aug 10, 2007 · MASWings, Malaysia's first commuter airline will officially take to the skies on 1 October 2007. This subsidiary of Malaysia Airlines will initially commence operations with 4 Fokker-50 and 4 Twin Otter aircraft to serve a network of 23 destinations in Sarawak and Sabah as well as the Federal Territory of Labuan.
MASwings Fly Pass is available for one-way or return (point-to-point) journeys, and for one-way or return connecting flights where stopovers are strictly not allowed. It is not available for multi-city bookings.
Nov 8, 2017 · Flights, no matter MH, AK or MASwings, are more than 80% full, MASwings flight can be 100% full, even on weekdays. Maswings fares are exhorbitant (even for the so called subsidized RAS routes served by the Twin Otters and the people traveling these routes are precisely those who cannot afford to pay commercial rates).

No wonder the Sarawak government is adamant in taking over 100% of maswings. The last published Maswings route map in 2023, I don't think they published another since then. MASwings Fly Pass is only applicable to MASwings flights in Sabah, Sarawak, and F.T Labuan.
